Everyone asks me if I do these from aerial photos. No, I just go up in the air in my imagination. I'm pleased that viewers find it easy to identify the areas if they know them at all. It should be easy to pick out individual buildings, landmarks and even individual people even though these images are whimsical and fanstastical.
