"Sun & Shadow"

Some years ago, a friend called me up at an early hour to join him on his boat to go and look at 'Dianne' trees. We went over to the mainland side of Desolation Sound and wove in and out of all the small channels near the opening to Toba Inlet. Most of the day was overcast, but now and then a sun break would shower light on a special scene... rocks and trees or driftwood of course.
